Virtual 3D reproduction: 3D Cities

This project shows the urban 3d reproduction of Barcelona's main square: Plaza Catalunya. The 3D public space visualization of all areas used freely on a day-to-day basis by the general public included the famous boulevards of "Las Ramblas" and "Passeig de Gracia". Other secondary streets, squares, parks and public infrastructure were also modelled to acomplish a more realistic appearance. The virtual reproduction was carried out over a period of 3 months. It included photographing all building facades and their surrounding environment for the final imagery/rendering.
