3D Transport Infrastructure
These renderings show the 3d reproduction of different railway transport systems for several engineering companies and local development agencies in Spain.
One of our major projects consisted of the virtual reproduction of Barcelona’s Main Square (Plaza Cataluña) to show the future installation of a new tramway.
The second 3D animation we carried out was completed with the aim of showing the virtual reproduction of a future Subway Station in Barcelona. The modelling was done using CAD plans and the structure specifications report provided by engineers. Not only was the interior modelled, but also the majority of the installations at the station: escalators, light fixtures, corporate image, ticket machines, etc.
The third 3D project involved the creation of a 3D animation showing the future route of the Euskadi high speed train called "Y vasca", that will link the Capitals of the Basque Provinces (Bilbao, San Sebastian and Vitoria) with Madrid and Paris. The Central Government, through the Ministry of Development, is responsible for the construction of the rail infrastructure in Spain. In the case of Y Vasca, and thanks to an agreement reached with the Autonomous Region Administration, the Ministry of Development has granted part of this responsibility to the Basque Government. To complete the project they have allowed a 2.536 million Euro budget.
