PIXELDREAMS receives the information about the project to provide an estimate, and if this information is clear (CAD archives, plans, PDFs, reference photographs, project description, resolution of final images, duration of the video, video and image format, camera routing, etc.) the price is estimated and a response is made within a maximum of 24 hours, detailing the price and delivery schedule according to the client’s request. If the client provides inadequate information when requesting the estimate, the estimate sent by PIXELDREAMS will be reconsidered once the client provides the necessary information. (PIXELDREAMS requires all the available information about the project in order to provide a complete and definitive price estimate). The quoted price does not include taxes. Once PIXELDREAMS has received confirmation of the project, we will create a Price Quotation Agreement where we reflect the agreement made with the client (project to develop, conditions therein, price and delivery schedule). Together with the signed Price Quotation Agreement, the client should include a document verifying the transfer of 30% of the total quotation. We will initiate the project by creating an exclusive access space for the client (protected with password) in our server. Once the first step of the project (Modeling) is finished, the work in progress is loaded into the Client’s space and we notify the client by email, providing an access link, user name and password. At this point, we wait for the client’s approval or corrections before advancing further on the project. We repeat this procedure with the Texturizing and Lighting steps until the final approval of the client (for which we send previews in low resolution), and afterwards we will begin the final rendering. Once the rendering of the images is finalized, they are loaded onto our servers so that the client may access them in ZIP / RAR format.
