After having approved the camera angles and the completed model, the next step is the texturization and lighting of the images. PIXELDREAMS uses materials and models from its own stock to represent the vegetation planned in the project and to post produce the images with common elements such as automobiles, people and urban settings. The client has the option to provide these materials, which, after being technically approved by PIXELDREAMS, will be included according to the client’s criteria. PIXELDREAMS will use materials and models from its own stock to represent interior furniture and will provide the client with the necessary images so they might select the appropriate furniture. As such, PIXELDREAMS does not create personalized furniture, unless this is previously included as part of the originally approved budget and specifically described so that they may be created in 3D. PIXELDREAMS will send a primary version in low resolution including texture and lighting to the client for revision. The client may then make any desired changes in the textures and/or colors of materials without additional charge (as long as no structural changes are requested), however PIXELDREAMS will analyze said changes and modifications to determine if the should be added to the original approved price quotation. The client may make any desired structural or architectonic changes to achieve the best final product. Such structural changes requested by the client will be analyzed and estimated in terms of price and timing by PIXELDREAMS and any price changes will be summed to the originally agreed quotation. After completing the changes requested by the client, PIXELDREAMS will send the pre-finalized image/s in low resolution for the final approval of the client and afterwards we will proceed to the 3DIP rendering process to create the final images
