Once the modeling process for the animation has been approved by the client and finalized, PIXELDREAMS will deliver the preview/s in Wireframe format. After receiving the client’s approval, we will proceed to apply the details from the building specifications report and send texturized and illuminated images for the final approval by the client. The video sequences will be created to maximize the visual impact but will be subject to the limits previously established between PIXELDREAMS and the client. The animation will include terrain elements and urban fixtures that are included in the CAD files received by PIXELDREAMS. Any kind of detail not included in the CAD file can be created by PIXELDREAMS and included in the animation under development (the price will be estimated by PIXELDREAMS and accepted by the client beforehand). PIXELDREAMS will use its best judgment to represent those structures about which the client does not provide detailed information.
