Once all the necessary information has been received, PIXELDREAMS will begin the modeling process (3D creation using CAD plans). When this step is completed, we will send a black and white sample of the architecture with completed details for the approval of the Client and afterwards the Building Materials Report and Lighting will be applied. The black and white sample will be based on the points of view previously selected by the client. All of the tentative points of view will be sent so the client may select the final images according to PIXELDREAMS criteria.
