Firstly, we need files in CAD, Autocad, or DWG (2002 or later). The files should include basic information about the project, floors, elevations, sections, terrain, information about urban setting and any additional information that would give us a better understanding of the project for our team to develop. Also, it would be especially helpful to have reference photos that show the physical setting of the project. The client company will name a representative with the authority to accept and approve price quotations, invoices, purchase orders and any modifications requested by the client that may affect the delivery schedule of the project. PIXELDREAMS will need the complete name and contact details of the client in order to maintain fluid and efficient communication between both parties. Secondly, we will need a project description: number of images needed, camera angles, image resolution, duration in seconds of the Animation/Video, final format of the project, and any particular requirements to keep in mind or that might affect the price quotation.
