Yes, the communication between PIXELDREAMS and its Clients is carried out via telephone, by e-mail or through online chats (MSN or Skpe) and/or videoconference. PIXELDREAMS has a department of Information and Technical Support at the disposition of its clients that will communicate the various steps that are completed in each project, solicit the necessary information to develop it, and will stay in touch with the Client: from the acceptance of the price quotation and from the start to the end of the project. Also, we will create an FTP account for your project. By means of a user name and password, you will be able to check the status of your project, as well as download or upload any type of information that might help us better your project.
