This group of six renderings displays the virtual recreation of a future residential group in Genova, Italy made up of single houses, semi-detached and free-standing luxury family homes. The 6 images below consist of a virtual animation of Barcelona’s Main Square (Plaza Cataluña) in 3D, showing the future installation of a new tramway. The project was carried out over a period of 3 months. It included photographing all of the Placa's surrounding buildings and their environment for the background imagery. A 3D animation carried out by Pixeldreams to show the future Athletic Club of Bilbao Stadium. Its characteristics are reminiscent of the Allianz Arena in Munich, covered with panels that are translucent during the day, silver at night and red and white on game day. Not only was the exterior modelled in 3D, but also the majority of the stadium installations: locker rooms, gymnasiums, press rooms, VIP boxes, meeting rooms, the restaurant and shop. Creation in 3D animation demonstrating the future route of the Euskadi high speed train called "Y vasca" that will link the Capitals of the Basque Provinces (Bilbao, San Sebastian and Vitoria) with Madrid and Paris. The Central Government, through the Ministry of Development, is responsible for the construction of this rail infrastructure in Spain. Pixeldreams created the virtual presentation for the new headquarters of the Group Euskal Irrati Telebists in Bilbao. The first part of the presentation consists of a virtual flight through Euskadi. It shows the different buildings of the communications group and their efficient interconnection by way of a future fiber optic network. After “landing” in the building that houses the headquarters, all of the production studios are shown in 3D. This group of 6 renderings shows the virtual recreation of 5 housing blocks in the area of Llagosta (Barcelona - Spain). The computer generated buildings were created along with landscaping, moving people and vehicles to enhance reality and to better convey their relation to the surrounding area. The virtual visualization was produced before the project was built, to give designers and shareholders a realistic view of the final completed project.

Architects and developers often find their clients are unable to grasp the complexity and spacial qualities of large projects without the help of computer generated visual aids.
