Platform for 3D Virtual Events

Pixeldreams presented at ISE, 3D Virtual Events, an innovative software in the cloud that allows the integration of 3D holographic models within platforms such as zoom, meet or twitch.

Speakers are captured via their own webcam and "teleported" to a virtual stage. Presenters can talk to each other in real time and share documents of any format. The platform is designed so that users can view these 3D scenarios through platforms such as: zoom, teams or twitch. This Software solution allows any company to have a virtual studio at home but with quality and professional graphics to carry out all kinds of corporate presentations: product launches, marketing campaigns or technical training remotely.

After carrying out the first tests and events for companies such as CaixaBank, Alcon or Zeiss, we realized that part of the success of our software solution would depend a lot on ease of use. It should be focused on non-professional 3D users. It was essential for the scalability of the business model that the client himself could be autonomous and could upload his own content and 3D models in the cloud.

We present this innovative videoconference system at the Barcelona City Council Stand. The ISE Barcelona 2023 took place at Fira de Barcelona from January 31 to February 3. After the pandemic, we saw that remote B2B meetings had become very widespread and normalized, and that the market was already mature enough to be able to assimilate a new evolution: 3D conferences in virtual events. Our clients were asking for conferences in the Metaverse, however, the graphics are still "bad game" graphics with little realism and very high start-up costs. We noticed that our clients were also tired of using the same 2D video-conferencing platforms and were looking for new experiences with greater "engagement" and emotional bonding: It occurred to us to incorporate the third dimension and the possibility of interacting with high-quality 3D models but within platforms such as Zoom or Teams, and the result was a bombshell.
