Pixeldreams is a company specialized in creating 360º virtual tours. We can generate these types of 360º images both with 360º cameras (capturing real images) and with 3D visualization software. Below we provide a more detailed description of each option.

There are 2 main approaches depending on the needs of each client and project:

1 | 360º cameras (real image or video):

To create virtual visits with real images or videos, 360º cameras or Long Range scanners are used. Basically, these devices capture data or images from all angles, creating a spherical capture of space.

360º Cameras: Our photographers take photos in every corner of the property using a 360º camera and a simple tripod, although more impressive and sophisticated systems can also be used such as photo/video integration using Drones that offer an aerial and panoramic view of the property.

A very impressive possibility is to carry out the 3D photo/video integration of the construction element on the recording or aerial view itself, integrating elements such as:

The landscape, the urban fabric, road access, nearby public transport, and incorporating interactive metadata about the most interesting points of interest in the project. Pixeldreams Virtual Tours can also be integrated into VR systems, using Virtual Reality glasses.

2| 3D visualization software:

To generate virtual visits virtually, 3D visualization programs are used that help generate three-dimensional models of the spaces. These programs generate 360º renders that can then be viewed using 360 render viewers. At Pixeldreams we build virtual representations of your properties using software such as 3DVista among others. These 3D models allow for further customization, such as adjusting camera angles, lighting, textures, and animations. This solution is the most recommended if you want to create spaces that need to be renovated or that simply do not exist (new floor).
