Real Estate Marketing: We carry out virtual tours through photography and 360º Video

Project to carry out a virtual visit for the GARTNER offices.

We are a professional photography studio specialized in creating custom 360º virtual tours or 360º interior photography. We create virtual tours of your property so that they can be implanted on your website or directly on real estate portals. In this project we show the realization of an interactive virtual tour of more than 100 panoramic photographs for the Gartner company in Barcelona.

What is a 360º photograph? A 360 ° image is basically a spherical panoramic image with the added element of interactivity. Also known as VR (Virtual Reality) photography, spherical photography, or virtual photo tour, this technique can capture a location from multiple photographic angles. When in Pixeldreams we take a spherical 360-degree image, we capture every point around us and in all directions of space, allowing the user to live the experience of being there. Its use is as simple as moving the mouse simulating the rotational movement of the head.It is a revolutionary way to capture a place at a certain time.

Benefits:

Productivity improvement:With a virtual tour, the agency can quickly and easily filter the properties that meet the needs of the clients and avoid unnecessary trips to the properties. In an absolutely connected world, no one wants to waste time - not the customers, not the agents.A 360º indoor photo is a very efficient way to optimize time.If a property is virtually liked, it is very likely that the in-person visit will be a success and the property in question will become the ideal option for the client.
It will add a lot of value to the website: Knowing that 80% of the requests come through the internet, it is easy to see how important it is to have a visual presentation of the properties.Virtual tours are becoming more and more popular and are already practically normalized in real estate marketing: They increase stay times, increase clicks, lower abandonment rates and therefore increase recurrence.

There are 2 types of virtual tours:
Virtual tours through 360 photo or video. They are those that are carried out by means of 360º cameras or the use of drones and seek to reflect reality with the best possible image quality. It is really a panoramic photo or video that brings a new dimension to the visitors of a particular site, a business, shop, hotel, etc. The recorded video or image can be played back through the virtual glasses, and the direction of sight can be controlled by head movement and rotation.
3D virtual tours. They are those 360º images or videos generated entirely by computer that allow to simulate the future finishes and layouts of a space with a high degree of realism. This type of real estate marketing allows, for example, the integration of a virtual configurator or decorator on the client's "site" so that he can decide on possible combinations of materials and finishes. This type of virtual tours allow greater interactivity of the user and the taking of shots in movement both land and air without limitations.
Take advantage of this technology to increase your sales. Living an experience from the inside, totally in the first person, has no comparison.

Compatible with Google Cardobard: Our 360º virtual tours work on both desktop devices (browsers) and mobile devices, as well as can be viewed through low-cost Virtual Reality glasses (Google Cardboard) for just a couple of euros.
Information labels: All of our virtual tours add information points, images, videos, and navigation arrows to interact with the environment and move from one room to another in the most fluid way possible. Ultimately we are looking for the simulation of walking that any user would perform.<

Analytics:  Get valuable information about the geographic location of your clients and what volumes of traffic your virtual tours generate. This will help you determine which marketing efforts work best for your business and thus help you optimize your lead generation.
Geolocation: We add the geolocation of your project through Google Maps, we customize the navigation interface with the colors of your agency or company. We make all budgets without obligation. The price of the service will depend on the needs of each client.
Educational project for GAS NATURAL:
The project shown at the top describes a virtual tour project made for GAS NATURAL in 3D. These are synthetic images generated entirely by computer that allow to simulate future finishes and layouts of a space with a high degree of realism. This type of 360º virtual marketing allows tailoring virtual content such as educational messages and making the experience much more adapted to the specific target of the end consumer.
Modeling an environment in 3D allows, for example, to integrate a virtual configurator or decorator on your "site" so that the client can decide on possible combinations of materials and desired finishes. These types of virtual solutions offer greater added value than the traditional photographic visit since they empower the user and gamify their experience through much more interactivity. The 360 renders also allow taking shots in both land and air movement without limitations.
